Fall 2025 - The Authenticity Circle

A therapy group for connection, growth, and getting to know your most authentic self.

What it is:
 The Authenticity Circle is a supportive, process-oriented therapy group where you’ll have the chance to explore your story, share openly, and connect with others who are also navigating identity, relationships, and the challenges of being human.

Why group therapy?
Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. So much of our pain comes from the ways we’ve been silenced, misunderstood, or disconnected in relationship—and it’s in safe, authentic relationships that we begin to repair. Group therapy offers a unique opportunity to:

• Experience support and empathy from peers.

• Notice the patterns that show up in your relationships.

• Practice new ways of relating in real time.

• Build community and realize you’re not alone.

Who it’s for:
 This group is open to adults (18+) who are curious about personal growth and want to deepen their self-awareness in community. Many members are exploring questions like:

• Who am I when I’m not performing for others?

• How do I set boundaries without guilt?

• What does it mean to live more authentically?

• Why do I feel disconnected, even around people I care about?

Details:

• 🗓 Weekly 60-minute sessions on Wednesdays starting Oct. 1st

• 📍 Held in-person in NYC

• 👥 6–8 members per group

• 💛 Led by Alexis Renko, MHC (Zillennial Therapist)

Investment:
